📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, and making beds.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and mirrors.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Inspect and maintain room equipment, such as TVs, phones, and mini-bars.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
