📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and scheduling.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
