In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone calls and emails,Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is recorded,Providing product information and answering customer questions,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise,Updating customer records and maintaining accurate databases,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Monitoring and reporting on call performance and customer feedback,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with CRM software and databases,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Friendly and professional demeanor,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
