📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.,Participate in menu planning and development, if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
