📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate distribution performance, providing regular reports to management.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
