📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on distribution performance to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the distribution team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a requirement.
