📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.,Maintain and update the company's sales database and customer relationship management system.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a requirement.
