PT Pancaran Property is looking for a dedicated Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Cilandak. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the shop assistant in managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including inventory control and stock replenishment.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and handling customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring proper product placement.,Assist with cash handling and transaction processing, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, increasing sales and revenue for the store.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of merchandise for sale, including pricing, labeling, and displaying products.,Work collaboratively with the Shop Assistant and other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.,Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Shop Assistant or store management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Flexible and willing to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
