📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards.,Manage the kitchen team, ensuring that all staff members are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, both hot and cold, in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to manage a kitchen team and ensure food safety and hygiene.,Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
