📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition, and comply with all regulations and insurance requirements.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and mechanics.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
