Sky New Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to schedule and complete vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases to ensure cost efficiency.,Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Participate in safety inspections and audits to maintain high safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
