📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, and implement any necessary improvements to the company's fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
