📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests on the gaming floor.
- Assist with table set-ups, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a well-presented gaming environment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage gaming chips efficiently.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with casino regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Promote casino promotions and special events to enhance guest engagement.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization on the gaming floor.
- Adapt to varying shift times and work flexible hours as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Familiarity with gaming and casino operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
- Must be able to work flexible part-time shifts.
