PT Inti Cemerlang Pratama is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvements.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal and pollution control measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records and reports.,Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a safety-conscious culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE management.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
