Hotel Gilang Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to lead our team in Trenggalek, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the bakery section.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure all financial transactions and records are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of bakery operations and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
