📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Assist in inventory management and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in customer service and sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Assist in implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.,Assist in conducting regular store audits and ensuring compliance with company standards.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports and other management information.,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management tools.,Ability to travel and work in different store locations as required.
