📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize Sentosa Oil's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Sentosa Oil's brand and marketing strategies,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement,Assist in the development of social media policies and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.),Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
