📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize liabilities and maximize savings for clients.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tax processes.
  • Monitor and report on tax performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external tax advisors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
