📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior training officers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
