In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Training Officers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.,Manage and mentor a team of Training Officers.,Ensure that all training programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to the Training team to ensure that they are delivering high-quality training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.
