📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.
