Mettler Toledo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our global export operations comply with all relevant trade regulations, including Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification. This is a crucial position that requires a deep understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with all relevant trade regulations, including ECCN classification, ITAR, and other export control laws.,Monitor and manage export licenses and certifications for our global operations.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating trade compliance risks.,Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures.,Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trade compliance matters.,Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with international trade laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and compliance standards.,Report on trade compliance matters to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, export controls, or a related field.,In-depth knowledge of ECCN classification and other export control regulations.,Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with trade compliance software and tools is a plus.
