📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the client base by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Ensure that clients' financial goals are met by monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the branch team to deliver exceptional service to clients and meet their financial needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our advice and solutions are current and relevant.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new, to foster trust and loyalty.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the branch manager on client progress and business development activities.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial products, such as loans, deposits, and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
