📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections, ensuring timely payments.
• Support the sales team by providing financial insights and maintaining accurate client records.
• Use SAP and QuickBooks to track and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and tools like SAP or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
