Forwarding Executive

GR Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Forwarding Executive to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customs declarations and shipment arrangements for sea, air, and land freight. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

As a Forwarding Executive, you will handle a variety of tasks including preparing and submitting customs documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and airlines, and managing cargo tracking and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customs declarations and documentation for sea, air, and land shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
• Track and report on cargo status and performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for customs and logistics operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and forwarding operations.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
