🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and project management.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies for large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
