In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong technical background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients and presenting our products/services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide technical support to clients to address any issues or concerns they may have.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products/services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques and strategies.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
