As an Accounting Staff at H-Ostel Kuta Bali, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the hotel. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail. You will be using tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software to manage financial data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and post daily transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the monthly closing process, including reconciling accounts and preparing closing entries.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Provide support to the finance team in various accounting projects.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment is a plus.
